Note 1: Prior to signing a contract on paying a fee for utilities, an investor will receive a phone call from the Agency for construction of Podgorica and information regarding the amount of fee it has to pay and the ways of how to pay it. The call will be followed with a written memo and calculation of a cost. Note 2: Prior to signing an agreement, Investor will choose how he will pay for utilities, whether in full amount or in annuities.
