Due to that, the Agency for real estate cannot deny someone's request for property registration, but it issues a notice stating what documents one should additionally submit in order to finish property registration procedure. NOTE 2: Upon submitting, each request gets a code which allows one to check the status of the request online at www.uzn.me. NOTE 3: The entire property registration process can be carried out through notary public. Apart from administrative taxes, the service is free of charge.
